The Echlinville Distillery in Newtownards is Ireland’s very first farm distillery. We craft our spirits from the bottom up, on land We now have farmed for generations. Just about every fall is trickle pot distilled to perfection from barley sown, grown, harvested and malted by hand on our relatives farm.Through the entire eighteenth and early nin
